    Weight Loss, Weight Loss Motivation & Side Effects of Weight Loss

    All are having their reserved rights to look good, handsome and smart as well. When word ‘smart’ comes in our minds, it makes everyone feel and think typically kind of Hollywood & Bollywood leading Hero or Heroine sort of personality. Rather they need to think wishing a healthy and strong and good nature person. All are thinking well but doing negative. Whereas if someone has gained his weight, he is trying to trim down no matter how substantial it would be a danger to him. He is looking forward to the each short-cut. In fact, short-cuts are not mostly vigorous to us.
    One simple thing through this article I want to make you realize that for goodness’ sack doesn’t put yourself into trouble pleasing weight loss. To do, you should emphasize a bit on start behaving punctual, regular and courageously. Do not go with short-cuts and never feel the load on your brain- behave positively.
    First, I want to discourage you all who are losing weight with short-cuts and going against nature. Secondly, I want to encourage all those are not fleshy due to their healthy and good habits.
    Weight Los Motivation:
    Someone who wants to lose his/her weight needs weight loss motivation from the inner self. In weight loss motivation you need to understand that the only exercise is also not enough for good health. Including exercise, you need healthy food, weight loss motivation, enough rest & sleep and major part of courage to fight with your fitness. In above mentioned if missing anything your weight loss motivation will not complete. And you have no right to think a smart man.
    Today everywhere there is competition, everyone is in a race compete others and all are having competitors. I really think people feel it a fatigue to give time to them. Instead, they prefer to watch movies, play video gaming, internet and busy on mobile watching videos on Youtube. They feel good in entertainment but not having a moment for healthy activities. They consider sleeping on time a bad habit, they avoid eating fruits, vegetables and eat junk and market foods- never go even for 15 minutes walk. All above things are very much essential to practice. But nobody wants to pursue. When people have no concern with good health and objective is an entertainment. Then they will go through the short-cuts.
    Weight Loss Diet:
    There are so many diets with the name of Weight Loss Diet. I recently came to know about a weight loss diet named GM diet. Someone told me that this diet is very good and assisting weight loss. But when tried, it wasn’t working at all and no benefit granted. Thus, there are so many diets which are very popular among so many people but by no means helpful to anyone. So again I will say not a single weight loss diet can help you until your audacity is not involved. At the end of the day, these diets become the cause of a headache, irritability, fatigue, constipation, Dizziness, hair loss and even muscle loss. Then why you are still encouraged to follow these kinds of diets when these are not healthy and giving you payback.
    Weight Loss Faster:
    I have seen many promotions regarding weight loss fast. As I know not a single medical doctor recommends you to take these. Even a legitimate doctor has no medication to tell you about quick weight loss. Every remedy and medicine which you see on internet and magazines by different brnads on the name of herbal medicine, capsules, English medicine is against our ordinary system. Then why a person can accept. He/she is not only wasting his/her money but also putting itself at risk and wasting time. He/she is purchasing injurious things in the name of weight loss fast. So everyone can lose his weight with courage. I myself condemn not only those products but also products makers, advertisers and mainly those who go and pay for and waste their money for nothing.
    Weight Loss Cabbage Soup:
    Not only cabbage but many other greens, fresh vegetables, and fruits are good for health but I will not mention any fruit or vegetable in helping weight loss. Because looking healthy should be a destination. If your destination is to simply look handsome, tall man, smart and you are unhealthy then all efforts are wasted.
    Weight Loss Medicine:
    I request you all never try to use weight loss medicines, herbal and techniques which can be a reason in making you unhealthy. Weight loss medicines are not found positive to individuals. These weight loss medicines have so many side effects because this is not a natural way.
    A Weight Loss Plan:
    One thing I can find healthy is your weight loss plan. I think if someone is fat and fleshy he should not emphasize on weight loss tricks; he needs to plan his routines. Healthy man always has good routines and unhealthy man has so many fatigues and exhaustion in his everyday life. In a plan, one should be the most important thing to a person is to be healthy. If a person is not serious about his health, he can never be experienced and look healthy; even by diets plans, home remedies, herbal medicines, and other weight loss short-cuts. All is rubbish.
